Families:
Parents and siblings are welcome to join students for the week! Auditing classes is free for families.
For non-students, lodging in Camp Kindle's bunk houses, plus food, will cost $300 for the week, per person.

RV/Camping:
Families are also welcome to bring an RV. However, no electrical or water hookups will be available. A $25/night/vehicle camping charge will be implemented. If campers choose to eat in the dining hall with other students, cost for that will be $8/breakfast, $10/lunch and $15/dinner, or $33/day, for each person. Camping families are welcome to provide their own food, if they so desire.

Supervision:
Supervision at FiddleMania will be strictly maintained throughout the week. Our staff will ensure that all students are accounted for at all times. Specifics of our chaperone policies are as follows:

• Students 10 and under: at least 1 parent or chaperone (18+) will be required. If you are unable to provide a chaperone, we may be able to provide a supervisor for the week, likely the parent of a student at a similar age, for $75.00 extra cost. Please contact FiddleMania's staff for approval if your student intends to attend without a parent.
• Students 11 - 14: Small group chaperones will be required. We will require one chaperone to be responsible for no more than 6 students in this age range. Again, if your student (aged 11-14) intends to attend without a parent, a $50.00 extra cost will be required.
• Students 15 - 18: Larger group chaperones will be required. We will require one chaperone to be responsible for no more than 10 students in this age range. Supervision for this age range will be free of additional charge.
• Students 18+: Adult students are obviously welcome! They will not require a chaperone, of course, though alcohol will be strictly prohibited for all students.

Volunteer Chaperones:
Parents who will be attending with their students are encouraged to volunteer as chaperones. We will hugely appreciate this! Parent chaperones will receive a large discount on lodging/food costs for the week. Chaperones will be responsible for escorting students to and from the dining hall, bunk houses, classes and other activities. Students with specific dietary or medical concerns should be sure to contact us! Camp Kindle will easily accommodate these requests, but we need to know!

Anyone else 18+ who is interested in gaining valuable volunteer experience and would like to chaperone is welcome to contact us as well. We're happy to provide reference letters, pending our approval of your volunteer status. Contact us for more information.


Chaperones for students 10 and under will be supervising groups of 2-3 maximum, as students in this age range will be highly encouraged to attend with a parent/superviser of their own, if possible.

Chaperones for students 11-14 will be supervising groups of up to 6.

Chaperones for students 15 -18 will be supervising groups of up to 10.

The Bunk House
The bunk house with dormitory accommodations has 10 sleeping units with bunk beds. These units vary in size with room for eight to16 guests per unit. Total sleeping capacity is 92. The Bunk House has one large washroom in each of the two wings. Each washroom is equipped with four showers, toilets and sinks. The two wings are separated by a gathering room suitable for meetings and group activities.

The New Bunk House
The new expanded bunk house accommodates up to 56 people. Two modern bathrooms and a large gathering room complete the newest addition to the ranch. The new bunk house is also wheelchair accessible.

The Lodge
The main Lodge contains a newly renovated enlarged dining hall with capacity for 140 guests. FiddleMania's students will be served from the modern adjoining kitchen by our trained efficient staff. Our Kitchen staff are able to accommodate a wide variety of diets and special menu requirements.

The Music Hall
FiddleMania will use Camp Kindle's lovely Music Hall for workshops and practice sessions. The acoustically efficient auditorium can accommodate 200 people. In addition, an inside balcony seats an audience of 80. The outside balcony provides a breathtaking view of the spectacular Silver Creek Valley.

The Medical Centre
The Medical Centre consists of a separate building that includes two isolation rooms, cabinets that can lock, a refrigerator, a phone and other medical amenities. The centre provides standard level first-aid materials such as Band-aids and wound cleansers. This area is open to our guests, in case of first-aid treatment and other emergencies.
